ISACA Prepares to Host CSX 2018 North America

An IT executive focused on information security, Brent Potter of Wyckoff, New Jersey, serves as vice president of vulnerability management for Morgan Stanley. The Wyckoff resident joined the New York-based investment firm in 2000 and accepted his current position in 2010. Alongside his day-to-day professional activities, Brent Potter maintains affiliations with IT groups such as ISACA. 

Launched in 1969, ISACA serves over 140,000 IT governance professionals through a wide range of educational programs and activities. The organization is currently preparing for its CSX North America conference, which will take place October 15-17, 2018, in Las Vegas.

Attendees at the event will have the opportunity to take part in a three-day learning program offering up to 32 continuing professional education credits. Program activities will be organized into five broad tracks focused on cybersecurity leadership and development, emerging security tools and techniques, security risk and compliance, cyber threat intelligence and technologies, and security governance. 

CSX 2018 North America will also feature keynote presentations from IT security experts Laura Galante, Kevin Poulsen, and P.W. Singer. Other highlights will include one-day and two-day pre-conference workshops.
